05Repair & maintenance

and maintenance.
Not every call is a new build. We repair and maintain the rooftop units and split systems already running on Sacramento-area commercial buildings, including equipment another contractor installed.
Repair
Rooftop package units and split systems up to 25 tons, diagnosed on site and quoted before any work starts. One job from our records: a refrigerant circuit repair on an existing 7.5-ton Trane split system serving a Sacramento business.
When a unit is past repair, the same crew plans the replacement: we recently replaced a rooftop unit on a Sacramento building and added a supply grille to the plenum while it was open.
Planned maintenance
Visits on a fixed calendar set to the building, not a template. A Folsom business has had us on three visits a year since 2023, and we changed the rooftop unit filters for a Sacramento business on a recurring schedule for years. Each visit covers:
- Filters replaced, coils inspected and cleaned
- Refrigerant pressures and service valves checked
- Capacitors, contactors and compressor electrical tested
