Roseville Electric
Roseville Electric customers get a City-of-Roseville rebate on a qualifying heat-pump upgrade. The amount depends on what you are replacing — a gas furnace pays more than an existing heat pump — and the system has to meet the program minimums (16 SEER / 8.2 HSPF split, 15 SEER / 8.0 HSPF packaged, two-stage compressor, ductwork passing Title 24 via HERS CF3R). Limit two systems per household. We confirm address eligibility before scheduling and handle the paperwork.

It pays for measured performance rather than a fixed amount per system, so the rebate tracks the modelled savings on your house. Sacramento sits in California Climate Zone 12 under Title 24, and the program sets its requirements by climate zone. We work in Zone 12 and can walk you through qualification and the rebate stack.
