Our technician travels to your home, diagnoses the issue, and writes up a fixed-price estimate before any repair starts. The $89 fee is applied toward the repair — so if you proceed, the diagnostic is free.

If we can't identify the problem, you don't pay. If you decide not to proceed, the $89 covers the visit and nothing else.
