Why members keep renewing

Four reasons your
future self thanks you.

Priority scheduling01

Priority scheduling

Members move to the front of the queue for repair and replacement visits, including peak heat-wave and cold-snap weeks.

Energy savings02

Energy savings

A tuned coil, a clean blower, and calibrated thermostats run measurably less. Lower peak-season utility bills, every year.

Repair & upgrade discounts03

Repair & upgrade discounts

20% off any repair, 5% off a system replacement when it's time, and the $89 diagnostic waived if we do the work.

Equipment longevity04

Equipment longevity

Catching small issues before they cascade is the difference between a 12-year system and a 20-year one. Maintenance is the cheapest part of HVAC.

Each precision tune-up

A six-station inspection,
not a thirty-minute glance.

Every tune-up runs the same checklist whether your visit is in March or November. A tech, a clipboard, and an honest write-up before they leave.

  1. 01

    Cleaning

Condensate pans, drain lines, blower wheel, outdoor coil, all washed and cleared so airflow and heat transfer measure where they should.

  2. 02

    Lubrication

Motors and bearings serviced to the manufacturer's spec. Quieter operation, less amp draw, longer mechanical life.

  3. 03

    System testing & safety

Operating temperatures, static pressures, and a full electrical safety inspection. We log readings against last visit so drift is caught early.

  4. 04

    Mechanical inspection

Oil and refrigerant levels, capacitor microfarads, contactor condition, heat-exchanger integrity. The work an honest technician would never skip.

  5. 05

    Filter change

Customer-provided filters swapped on the visit, wherever they live in the system. We won't sell you proprietary ones at a markup.

  6. 06

    Thermostat calibration

Programming verified against your actual schedule and calibrated to measured supply temperatures. Cold rooms and runaway cycles, addressed.

HVAC maintenance plan · Sacramento

Is an HVAC maintenance plan worth it?

It is worth it when the plan gets done the work that is easiest to put off. Ours books both seasonal visits for you: a spring AC tune-up before Sacramento's heat and a fall furnace tune-up before the first cold night.

Between visits, members get 20% off any repair, the $89 diagnostic waived when we do the work, and a place at the front of the queue in heat-wave and cold-snap weeks. It is month-to-month, so the plan has to keep earning its place.

Before you sign anything

What a maintenance agreement should include

A good agreement puts five things in writing: how many visits you get each year, what every visit checks, what members pay for repairs, how priority scheduling works, and what happens if you cancel or sell the home.

All five are on this page: the benefits ledger, the six-station checklist above, and the answers below. For the full system-by-system list, see our HVAC tune-up checklist.

Membership questions

The short answers.

Is the membership month-to-month?
Yes. Pay $19.99/month or $239 for a full year up front. There's no enrollment fee and no cancellation penalty.
When are the tune-up visits scheduled?
One spring AC tune-up, one fall furnace tune-up. We reach out to schedule each one, you pick the morning or afternoon window that fits.
Does the membership cover multiple systems?
One plan covers one HVAC system. For homes with separate upstairs/downstairs units, light commercial spaces, or duplexes, call us, we set you up with a multi-system rate.
What if I sell my home?
The membership transfers to the new owner at no charge, they keep the priority scheduling and discounts on the system you maintained.

Lock in $19.99/month.
