Is an HVAC maintenance plan worth it?
It is worth it when the plan gets done the work that is easiest to put off. Complete Membership books both seasonal visits for you: a spring AC tune-up before Sacramento's heat and a fall furnace tune-up before the first cold night. Essential Membership books the one visit you pick each year.

Complete Membership is $19.99/month: two tune-ups a year, 20% off repairs, 5% off a new system, a 2-year parts and labor warranty on repairs, and the no-breakdown guarantee* on heating and cooling. Both waive the $89 diagnostic when we do the repair and include priority scheduling.
- Is the membership month-to-month?
- Yes. Essential is $12.99/month or $155 for a full year up front, Complete is $19.99/month or $239. There's no enrollment fee and no cancellation penalty.
- When are the tune-up visits scheduled?
- Complete members get one spring AC tune-up and one fall furnace tune-up. Essential members get one visit a year and pick it: heating in the fall or AC in the spring. We reach out to schedule each one, you pick the morning or afternoon window that fits.
- Does the membership cover multiple systems?
- Each plan covers one HVAC system. Each additional system on the same property is 50% off when serviced at the same visit. For light commercial spaces or duplexes, call us and we set you up with a multi-system rate.
- What if I sell my home?
- The membership transfers to the new owner at no charge, they keep the priority scheduling and discounts on the system you maintained.
