I’m grateful to have found Andres at Alpha Mechanical. He’s very professional and knowledgeable as well as patient with my questions and concerns. He has helped me understand whether or not it was time to replace my hvac system and gave me advice like that of a friend. I would trust this business not to take advantage of anyone, and be transparent on all matters.

I cannot speak more highly of this company. I needed a quick turnaround section for a home sale, and I provided them with Like a two hour deadline and they delivered! Andrey Was extremely courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable With him him working in our home. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend this company.

Alpha Mechanical installed 3 mini-splits in our house for heating and air conditioning. Professional service, technicians very responsive to concerns during the work. Very happy with them. They replaced the antique gas floor furnace which had started to dump CO into the house due to age and the difficulty of cleaning it. They handled getting the rebate from SMUD for switching . Gas bill dropped a huge amount, electric up not very much. Should’ve done this years ago.

My heater stopped working for the 3rd time in the past three months. Was using the same company and someone suggested ALPHA MECHANICaL. They came out and walked me through the issue, answered my questions, and gave me suggestion. I am more knowledgeable. I made the right decision in choosing ALPHA MECHANICAL. Honest and trustworthy!!

Came to check on the mini split but I was told they don’t service the brand I have. The technician gave me great points on where to get the right pros. Very friendly and did not charge me for anything because no service was done. Still, a great help. Thank you so much for being highly professional and kind. Not easy to find these qualities nowadays.

We scheduled a tune-up for our HVAC and joined their membership. The employee was very nice, easily explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions! Really grateful to have the tune-up completed before summer!
