Tudors near William Land Park, Tower District bungalows and South Land Park ranch homes. Older plaster and tight attics make a mini-split the usual answer where ducts were never run.

North and South Natomas are mostly 1990s–2000s tract homes on flat former farmland. Builder-grade capacitors, contactors and condenser fan motors are past warranty now, and that is what fails first.
